NOTD: Dots (from the Vault)
This blog began all those years ago with a post featuring polka dots. What can I say, it's easy and always looks good. Sometimes you just want a little more than plain polish but you don't have the time to sit down and do a full design. This design is perfect. Choose your three favorite polishes and then there you go.
I used Sally Hansen Fuchsia Power, OPI Snow White, and Orly Liquid Vinyl for the polka dots. Problem is I don't remember the base coat!
