My favorite wine is definitely a moscato or riesling (I know, some people don't even think that's real wine). What's your favorite wine? Have you ever been wine tasting?
101 in 1001: #82 - Wine Tasting in California Wine Country
6/3/16
It's been a while since we had a 101 in 1001 post here on the blog and potentially that's because I haven't been doing anything am an awful blogger. Finally though, I get to check something off my list: Wine Tasting. And better yet, it was in Sonoma County aka California Wine Country. Andrew and I are...interesting...when it comes to wine: #1 He prefers beer. #2 I only drink reeeeeally sweet dessert-type wine. So, clearly we should go wine tasting in an area that is responsible for some of the most amazing wines ever, right? We went to Chateau St. Jean Winery and Ledson Winery and Vineyard. Ledson seriously looked like a castle!
My favorite wine is definitely a moscato or riesling (I know, some people don't even think that's real wine). What's your favorite wine? Have you ever been wine tasting?

I am a cheap date lol. I seem to be a box wine person, but if there was a place like that near me, I would totally visit, even if it was only for the scenery!
ReplyDeleteHahaha, as my uncle says "You drink what like and make no apologies." I like reisling and moscato and that's that. It's delicious. Boxed wine is delicious too. If your taste is the fanciest wine (I don't even know what that is) that's fine too. We can all toast together with our various drinks!
DeleteAnd I know! The scenery was BEAUTIFUL! I would love to just picnic there or sit in a chair with a book to read for a couple of hours.
And I'm even cheaper... I don't drink anything alcoholic as I have a nasty reaction to it (complete with throwing up etc. after just one sip). On the bright side, if I'm out with friends they don't have to ask who the designated driver is ;)
ReplyDeleteOh geez, that reaction definitely is not pleasant! I'm typically DD too (I only drink seldomly) so yay for designating driving!! At least we know our friends and family will be able to get home and around safely.
