The base is Orly Blue Suede from the Orly Plastix Collection. It is a matte polish (1 of 3 that I own) but I decided to put a top coat over it anyway on my left hand since I love a shiny finish. I'm including my right hand just to show the matte polish finish. For the light snowflakes I used BundleMonster plate 14 and Sinful Colors Tokyo Pearl (which needs to be swatched). The snowman was created with Orly White Out and Color Club Art Club in Red Glitter, Black, and Orange. This hand has a top coat of Orly Won't Chip.

Hellooooooo Nikki! I just got home from work and it flurried the whole way home. I really like when it's snowing, especially this time of year.
